1. Domain Registration and Renewal
Domain names are registered with third-party registries. Once a domain is successfully registered or renewed, fees are generally non-refundable because the registry charges are incurred immediately. We are unable to reverse completed registrations or renewals.
2. Failed or Cancelled Orders
If your payment was taken but the domain registration or renewal did not complete due to a technical or eligibility issue, we will refund the amount paid for that order. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take several business days.
3. Transfers
Transfer fees are typically non-refundable once the transfer process has been initiated. If a transfer is cancelled or rejected before completion, we may refund the transfer fee at our discretion or as required by our payment provider.
4. How to Request a Refund
